NZFSSRC is pleased to be supporting PhD student Sophia Liu in a new project titled "Optimising Food Safety Culture Across Borders: A Comparative Case Study of Cross-Border Food Manufacturing Operations".
This collaborative project with University of Otago and Massey University supervisors, aims to evaluate how national culture shapes Food Safety Culture dimensions, influences frontline behavioural norms, and drives perception dynamics by comparing manufacturing plants operating under the same corporate umbrella in both China and NZ.
Do you work for an organisation that is headquartered in China but operates processing facilities in NZ? If so and you are interested in participating in this study please contact NZFSSRC science leader: miranda.mirosa@otago.ac.nz
