If your company or association has an idea for a food safety project that is consistent with the Strategic Goal of the Centre, the government can contribute 40% co-funding for your research. A variety of other benefits are also offered to Members of the Centre – see the table below.
Non-member companies and associations can still work with the Centre, have access to Government co-funding for eligible research and draw on expertise as needed. However, they will pay a research administration fee of 7.5% of the total value of the project and will have fewer membership benefits. The Centre also welcomes Affiliate Members, this attracts a fee of $2000 per annum. See below for a summary of benefits offered to non-members and Affiliate-members.
