The Fresh Produce Safety Centre (FPSC) has just launched revised Fundamental Guidelines for Fresh Produce Food Safety. Version 5 - 2025 provides an updated, science-based framework to help businesses across the supply chain manage food safety risks. This edition includes new chapters on Managing Critical Incidents & Recalls, and Food Safety Culture, plus additional appendices, enhanced guidance on water quality and microbial testing, updated visuals and decision trees.
