Risk ranking of food safety hazards for the kiwifruit industry

To produce a Risk Ranking document that can help guide research investment and resource of Food Safety significance for the kiwifruit industry.

A novel risk ranking methodology developed is pairing hazard groups and food groups to incorporate into the ranking exercise microbiological, chemical and physical hazards, and a wide range of foods. This project will focus on kiwifruits and similar fruits and will rank relevant food safety hazards and identify data gaps that affect the ranking.
