Delegates who attended the recent Fresh Produce Safety Conference in Sydney, either in person or online, have access to a series of four monthly online workshops. The first one will be held on Thursday 7 September, 1–2pm AEST (3-4pm NZST). They are opening the workshops to others in the industry, for a charge of $40.
‘The journey to full digital traceability: why it's important and what is needed to achieve it’ will be presented by Craig Shadbolt from the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Greg Calvert from FreshChain.
