Kathryn Ryan, RNZ, interviews Prof Phil Bremer about safety of cell based foods

Centre Chief Scientist, Otago University Distinguished Professor Phil Bremer, was interviewed this morning by RNZ Nine to Noon presenter, Kathryn Ryan, following the notice the Centre put out alerting members to the FAO/WHO report on the food safety aspects of cell based foods.
