Just two weeks to go now until American Frank Yiannas comes to give us the best of twenty years’ experience in working with companies large and small on food safety culture. He’s seen it all. He is the master.
Frank has kindly agreed to make an extra trip across the Tasman following his attendance at the International Fresh Produce Safety Symposium in Sydney. This is likely the only chance you’ll get to experience in person his very practical advice on how to train and motivate people in your organisation to do the right thing. Learn the pitfalls that have led to factory closures and companies losing reputations as well as millions of dollars. Enjoy sharing your own particular challenges and knowledge with Frank and a small group of like minded professionals.
The two-day workshop is on 26-27 August, University of Auckland Grafton Campus, $1,000 per person. The NZ Food Safety Science & Research Centre is running this event at cost. We want to keep the numbers low to ensure a quality learning experience.
