Dr Webb is General Manager of the Food Information, Science & Technology Branch at Food Standards Australia New Zealand. He is responsible for the oversight of FSANZ’s dietary modelling, surveillance and strategic scientific activities as well as the FSANZ’s ICT infrastructure. He is also FSANZ’s Principal Social Scientist with a keen interest in consumer perceptions, attitudes and behaviour in relation to food. He has experience in quantitative and qualitative measurements of public perceptions, attitudes and behavioural intent and the application of social and behavioural research findings to public policy.
